Delaney Mullennix

Executive Director

Delaney joined the Nonprofit Hub team as the Director of Partnerships and transitioned into executive leadership in October 2022. She helps to manage and sustain the organization’s growing national presence, modern partnership profile, and highly trafficked educational media platform. Delaney plays a major role in curating and creating educational content with a network of innovative nonprofit service, product providers, and professionals that empower organizations to go from good to growth. Delaney got her master’s degree in nonprofit management and administration from Grand Valley State University, where she served on the executive board of the Nonprofit Professionals Graduate Student Organization. At a young age, Delaney was an avid volunteer and continues to provide voluntary service to several organizations including Urban Roots, WMEAC, Friends of Grand Rapids Parks, Heart of West Michigan United Way, and Friends and Families of Cystic Fibrosis. She’s an alumna of Michigan DECA and serves as a competitive event judge to help evaluate high school students’ marketing and management skills.

Before joining the team at Nonprofit Hub, she assisted a neuropsychological institute in developing a network of over 1,000 referring sources, nearly doubling its value of services provided and acquired a top care provider designation from the Grand Rapids community for three consecutive years. You can find her jet-setting to a new place in her free time, volunteering for a good cause, and exploring the great outdoors.

Cara Godlesky

Marketing & Membership Engagment Specialist

Cara graduated from the University of Alabama in 2018 where she studied pubic relations with a concentration in nonprofit management. Cara held positions in various industries (semi-professional sports, marketing agencies, nonprofits), which helped her fill her toolbox with a wide range of knowledge and skills. She considers herself a lifelong learner, and loves to branch out and acquire new skills.

Her previous experiences include: help planned and promoted a Forbes top-rated national Nonprofit Hub conference, Cause Camp. She was the Director of Communications for the Southern Professional Hockey League, and managed all social media channels. Cara also acted as a ghostwriter and content planner for marketing agency clients and organized a crisis service nonprofit’s media relations, participated in media interview and designed all promotional materials.

Cara’s favorite hobbies include looking for arrowheads and participating in any outdoor recreational activities.

Frank Lawrence, Jr.

Content Manager

Frank has a passion for sharing knowledge, cultivating quality relationships, and producing optimized pieces of content from innovative ideas. With a background in psychology, Frank applies cognitive fluency and social proof to validate content creation. Frank enjoys fishing, being creative through visual design, and speaking about the importance of mental health in society.

Olivia Wall

Director of Partnerships.

Olivia joins Nonprofit Hub as the Director of Partnerships. She joins the team with experience in writing, marketing, and nonprofit studies. Olivia holds a B.A. in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications from Youngstown State University, with a minor in Nonprofit Leadership. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from Ohio University. Prior to her work at Nonprofit Hub, Olivia assisted Catholic Charities in marketing and communications where she successfully promoted dozens of fundraising galas and secured sponsorships for fundraising events. Olivia is always the first to volunteer and goes the extra mile when programming events and raising money. In her free time, Olivia can be found doing DIY crafts, playing with her cats and dog, and going to concerts with her fiancé.

Liam Gerrity

Multimedia Marketing Assistant

Liam is a multimedia creator who specializes in motion graphics and social media content curation. He has a Bachelor’s in Business from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas and Master’s in Animation & Production from Arts University Bournemouth in the United Kingdom. He is passionate about raising awareness for topics like community development or climate action, which can be dense and complex, by visually translating them into clear and thought-provoking media.

Liam enjoys painting with watercolors, studying languages, and taking long hikes.

Craig Clark

Owner / Clark Communications

Craig Clark is the owner of Clark Communications, a 14-year old downtown Grand Rapids public relations consulting firm. The recipient of the 2009 Public Relations Professional of the Year award from the West Michigan Public Relations Society of America, Craig has 25 years of professional public relations and marketing experience. Craig has found a variety of creative and intelligent ways to communicate the right message for a variety of clients.

Martha Huelsbeck

CPA | Chazin & Company

Martha is the Talent Recruitment and Development Manager at Chazin & Company, a firm that provides accounting services exclusively to nonprofit organizations. Prior to her current position at Chazin, Martha managed a team providing services to nonprofit organizations. She began her career in an education nonprofit and returned to the sector after many years in federal contracting. In her free time, Martha enjoys time spent with her family, particularly her two young grandchildren, as well as volunteering regularly with The Green Chair Project in Raleigh, NC.

Larisa Friesen-Hall

VP Of Advancement | Bread for the World

Larisa implements and leads a comprehensive development strategy for the organization, creating new programs and executing innovative fundraising initiatives to help Bread eliminate hunger in all its forms. She is passionate about the spirituality of fundraising and excellence in nonprofit leadership.

Brooke is an experienced fundraising professional and nonprofit leader who brings a wealth of understanding of the Nonprofit Hub audience.

Meghan Speer

Vice President or Marketing Support Network

Meghan Speer serves as the Vice President or Marketing Support Network in Pittsburgh where she oversees business development, strategic partnerships, and the Inbound Contact Center team. Meghan has spent the last 12 years of her career helping companies and organizations tell their stories more effectively, connect with their audiences more effectually, and communicate more efficiently and she is driven by a passion to help ensure all three things happen at once. Outside of work, Meghan is an active volunteer with two urban ministry programs in her city neighborhood and published her first book, “Letting Go of Should” in 2021.
